Job summary

Delta Live seeks an experienced Senior Audio Account Manager to develop key client relationships, secure and deliver audio projects, and contribute to commercial success through high-quality service.

You will work across the full project lifecycle with clients, production teams, suppliers and internal technical departments to understand requirements and oversee projects from enquiry to completion.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in live events, professional audio, AV hire or technical production.
• Proven client/account or project management experience within the sector.
• Strong commercial awareness, including quotations, costs and margins.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to translate client requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, service-focused approach.
• Right to work in the UK required

Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals; support tenders and pitches.
• Translate client requirements into audio solutions and plan projects.
• Oversee projects from enquiry to delivery with cross-team coordination.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and post-event client feedback.
