eNL is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead our Private Client Department in Devon. The role requires 5+ years PQE, a strong background in wills, probate, trusts and estate administration, and a proven ability to manage client relationships and drive growth.

The Head of Department will supervise the team, mentor junior lawyers, and lead business development to expand the firm’s private client offering. Hybrid working is available; salary is competitive and DOE.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
• Strong leadership and business development skills.
• Ambition to lead a department and contribute to its growth.
