• Commercially minded with proactive business development.
• Leadership or supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial and civil disputes.
• Advise clients through negotiation, mediation and litigation.
• Handle commercial property litigation matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise and support junior fee earners and support staff.
• Contribute to business development and team growth.
• At Partner level, play a key role in the strategic development of the department, with equity partnership potential.
