Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is representing a well-established law firm in Wokingham seeking a Senior Litigation Solicitor/Senior Associate/Partner. The role targets 8+ PQE in civil and commercial litigation with insolvency focus, offering £70,000–£95,000+ depending on experience and seniority.

Qualifications

8+ years' PQE in litigation.
Strong experience in insolvency and commercial litigation.
Proven track record of managing a varied litigation caseload.
Strong advocacy, negotiation and client management skills.
Commercial and proactive approach to business development.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

Handle a broad range of civil and commercial litigation.
Experience in insolvency and commercial litigation.
Manage own caseload from instruction to resolution.
Provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice.
