Vincere in Surrey is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to manage high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes, guiding them from pre-action strategy through trial and appeal. Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor England & Wales or Fellow of CILEx with 6+ PQE in commercial litigation.
• Experience independently managing complex commercial disputes and leading caseloads.
• Strong cross-border enforcement knowledge and cross-border exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse, high-profile civil and commercial disputes caseload for national and international clients.
• Manage all phases of litigation: pre-action strategy, injunctive relief, trial, appeal, and cross-border enforcement.
• Advise corporate entities, directors, shareholders and high-net-worth individuals.
• Contribute to practice development, sub-team management, and pursue a transparent Partnership pathway.
