A leading litigation firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to manage a diverse caseload and support a busy Litigation team. This full-time role requires strong litigation experience and the ability to advocate confidently in court. Ideal candidates should be CILEx qualified or studying, with excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset. The position is based in Leicester and doesn't offer visa sponsorship. Qualifikationen

• CILEx-qualified or studying, with strong litigation experience.
• Confident court advocate with solid knowledge of CPR.
• Experience in energy debt litigation is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct thorough case reviews and manage all pre-action and post-litigation procedures.
• Prepare and draft court documents such as Replies to Defences and Witness Statements.
• Lead and participate in mediations and negotiate settlements.
• Manage a diverse caseload covering small claims, fast/intermediate track, and multi-track claims.

Kenntnisse

Strong litigation experience
