Qualifications

• Progress towards CFA designation preferred.
• Basic understanding of security analysis and accounting concepts.
• Familiarity with REITs and real estate trends beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Analysts with macro-level property sector research and security analysis.
• Participate in company meetings and property tours; report takeaways.
• Maintain proprietary database of analyst estimates and portfolio management reports.

Skills
