Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in a real estate-related role.
• Background in real estate, investment banking, consulting, investor relations, finance, or real estate private equity preferred.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of real estate investment fundamentals and market concepts.
• Analytical and quantitative acumen to synthesize data and communicate key insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and able to work across geographies and functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Insights & Analytics: Track and analyze portfolio performance and positioning across sectors and strategies.
• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare investor materials, briefing documents, and reporting packages.
• Messaging & Narratives: Develop talking points and market updates for diverse audiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Asset Management, Acquisitions, Finance, Investor Relations, Public Affairs, and portfolio companies.
• Special Projects: Support initiatives to improve portfolio analysis, reporting, and market research.
