You will work within our top-rated team, under the mentorship and guidance of Senior Analysts, contributing to thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry presentations. As an Analyst or an Associate in the Real Estate Equity Research Team, you will contribute to writing research reports, including thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry/company presentations. You will communicate with institutional investors, company representatives, internal clients (Sales, Sector Specialists & Trading), and other stakeholders. You will create, maintain, and update company models and databases, gaining exposure to a wide range of industry topics and building relationships across the business.

Job responsibilities
