Job summary

Cranswick Gourmet Sausage Co. (Lazenby’s) in Hull is seeking a motivated Senior Line Leader to take responsibility for the production line, inspire a team and drive efficiency to meet production targets. This fast-paced role focuses on maintaining product quality standards and engaging operatives to perform at their best.

• Worked within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Team/Line Leader or Supervisor previous experience.
• Proven machine operating experience typically gained within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong appreciation of safety working practices and good knowledge of basic food hygiene.
• Calm under pressure; proactive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Line Leader who can demonstrate an ability to take responsibility for the production line, inspire a team, driving efficiency to meet production targets.

The role will focus on leading a team of operatives and ensuring full engagement and high performance at all times, ensuring Product Quality Standards are met without compromise, monitoring and achieving KPI targets, and encouraging and developing a healthy, safe and environmental awareness culture.
