Job summary

Cranswick Country Foods in Eye, Norfolk, is seeking a Production Line Leader to drive a high-standard pork production line. You will lead a team, ensure GMP and quality, and meet efficiency targets on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern from 5:30am to 5pm.

This permanent, on-site role offers £16.34 per hour with a £1 per hour attendance bonus, pension contributions, and access to wellbeing and discount schemes. Closing date 19 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of run rates, yields and GMP.
• Knowledge and experience with food production machinery.
• Ideally hold a Level 2 food safety certificate.
• Great people management skills and production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Motivate your team to produce quality products
• Maintain a high level of production standards

Shift Pattern: Working 4 days on 4 days off. Hours: 5:30am – 5pm

Requirements

Pay and benefits

• Rate of pay – £16.34 per hour
• Rate inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus
• Overtime – time and a third after basic hours
