Job summary

ITS Lifting Ltd in Maldon, Essex, is seeking a Senior Lifting Inspection & Testing Engineer to plan, conduct and document thorough examinations of lifting and material handling equipment, including static and dynamic load testing, with data uploaded to the client portal.

This on-site role requires collaboration with the team, timely site visits across the South East, and delivering accurate reports with exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning, conducting and documenting lifting inspections and load testing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturer documentation.
• Strong knowledge of LOLER, PUWER and related safety standards.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues; ability to produce clear inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and document thorough examinations of lifting and material handling equipment.
• Perform static and dynamic load testing and compile detailed test reports.
• Upload data to the online client portal and maintain accurate asset histories.
