Professional Technical Ltd in Kent is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager with senior lift industry experience to lead tender submissions, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

You will lead a high-performing team, coach and mentor the sales executives, and be on-site five days per week at the Kent office with client visits, targeting new contracts and annual revenue milestones, supported by a generous bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Senior-level sales experience in the lift industry.
• Proven ability to prepare tender and bid submissions.
• Commercially driven and target-focused.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site five days a week in Kent and visit clients.
