This hybrid role spans Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham, offering broad market exposure, broker relationship work and clear career progression in a growing life sciences portfolio.

Qualifications

• CII qualifications required or willingness to work towards them.
• Strong underwriting experience in Life Sciences, Property & Casualty or Commercial Combined.
• Excellent broker relationship skills and commercial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of large, complex Life Science risks with technical leadership.
• Develop underwriting strategy and ensure quality renewals and growth.
• Coach and mentor junior underwriters within the team.
• Build and maintain strong broker relationships to grow quality business.
