- Strong underwriting experience in Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Experience with Property & Casualty and Commercial Combined lines.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior underwriters.
- Broker relationship management and strategic portfolio growth.
Responsibilities
- Technical underwriting of complex Life Science risks.
- Manage larger and higher-value renewals.
- Develop broker relationships and act as a trusted partner.
- Support portfolio growth while maintaining discipline.
- Lead and influence underwriting strategy with the team.
