Qualifications

• Significant experience advising on Licensing Act 2003 matters.
• Strong technical knowledge across licensing and regulatory work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of licensing and regulatory matters.
• Act for a diverse portfolio of commercial and public sector clients.
• Handle premises licences, licensing applications, variations and reviews.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings and disputes where required.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Play an active role in business development and growing the Licensing practice.
• Work alongside experienced lawyers on multi-disciplinary matters.
• Contribute to strategic development and growth of the team.
