Job summary

Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited is seeking a Licensing Partner in Manchester to lead a high-calibre Licensing & Regulatory team. You will advise on Licensing Act 2003 matters for a national client base, manage key relationships, and drive growth across a multi-disciplinary platform.

The role suits an established Licensing solicitor/partner with a strong client following and proactive, commercial approach to develop their practice and contribute to the firm's continued expansion.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of licensing and regulatory matters.
• Act for a diverse portfolio of commercial and public sector clients.
• Handle premises licences, licensing applications, variations, reviews and related issues.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings and disputes where required.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive business development and growth of the Licensing practice.
• Collaborate with lawyers across the firm on multi-disciplinary matters.
• Contribute to strategic development of the team.

Licensing Partner | ManchesterA leading UK Top 100 law firm is looking to appoint a Licensing Partner to join its growing and highly regarded Licensing & Regulatory team.This is an exciting opportunity for an established Licensing lawyer to join a successful, full-service practice with an excellent reputation and a strong national client base.The team advises a wide range of clients across the licensing sector, including national retailers, hospitality and leisure businesses, public sector organisations and independent operators, providing specialist advice on a broad range of licensing matters.The opportunity would suit a senior Licensing lawyer with an established client following and strong technical expertise, who is looking to join a progressive firm and play an important role in the continued growth of the practice.You will have the opportunity to:

• Advise on a broad range of licensing and regulatory matters.
• Act for a diverse portfolio of commercial and public sector clients.
• Handle matters including premises licences, licensing applications, variations, reviews, personal licences and related regulatory issues.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings and disputes where required.
