Sellick Partnership is assisting a leading UK Top 100 law firm in Leeds to appoint an experienced Licensing Partner to join its growing Licensing & Regulatory Team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of licensing matters, including premises licences, applications, variations, and reviews, for a diverse client base spanning national retailers, hospitality, public sector, and independent operators.

Significant experience advising on Licensing Act 2003 matters.
Strong technical knowledge across licensing and regulatory work.

Responsibilities

Advise on a broad range of licensing and regulatory matters for diverse clients.
Act for commercial and public sector clients on licensing matters.
Handle premises licences, applications, variations, reviews, and personal licences.
Represent clients in negotiations, hearings and disputes where required.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and repeat business.
Play an active role in business development and growth of the licensing practice.
Collaborate with colleagues on multi-disciplinary matters and firm projects.
