Libraries & Collections comprises four departments: Education & Learning, Research & Impact, Service Design & Delivery, and Business Operations. We are part of the Students & Education Directorate, managing the student lifecycle from application to graduation and beyond.
The role is based in the Open Research team, supporting King’s researchers in curating and disseminating research outputs. This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in open research, offering growth in understanding scholarly publishing and supporting research impact.
The main focus involves managing our research repository, administering deposits, and training researchers on compliance with funder policies. Candidates should enjoy methodical work with attention to detail.

All staff may be moved across teams to support service needs or development. We promote proactive, flexible, and professional performance, including participating in frontline services with some evening and weekend work.
This is a full-time, indefinite position (35 hours/week), currently hybrid (remote and on-campus).
To succeed, candidates should have:
Desirable: Knowledge of copyright, licensing, repository or library management systems, and scholarly metadata.
