Qualifications

• Property Lettings experience is a must.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work to targets.
• Able to build long-term relationships with tenants and landlords.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating property market appraisals and listings.
• Growing market share of the company portfolio.
• Achieving a good level of fees.
• Marketing properties to attract applicants.
• Matching tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings.
• Maintaining regular contact with tenants and landlords.
• Handling financial/legal matters related to the letting process.
• Guiding applicants and landlords through the letting process to completion.
• Contributing to smooth branch operations.
