Bastow Irwin Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator for their Gillingham office. The role involves handling the full lettings process—from property viewings to negotiations and move-ins—plus building relationships with tenants and landlords.

A driving licence is essential, and the position operates Monday to Friday with Saturday on a rotational basis. Salary ranges from £25,000 to £28,000 per year base, with an OTE around £38,000 to £40,000 and a car allowance negotiated.

• Experience in letting/sales environment preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities are required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate property market appraisals and listings.
• Grow market share of the company portfolio.
• Market properties to attract applicants and match tenants to properties.
• Arrange viewings and guide applicants and landlords through the letting process.
• Maintain regular contact with tenants and landlords and manage financial/legal aspects of lettings.
• Support branch daily operations and contribute to team goals.
