Responsibilities

• Coordinate property market appraisals and listings.
• Grow market share of the company portfolio.
• Achieve a good level of fees.
• Market properties to attract applicants.
• Match tenants to properties and arrange viewings.
• Maintain regular contact with tenants and landlords.
• Handle financial/legal matters related to lettings.
