Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lettings Negotiator located in Maidstone. The Senior Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for managing landlord and tenant matters, providing exceptional customer service, and handling property management tasks. The role includes negotiating lettings agreements, marketing properties, and conducting property viewings. The Senior Lettings Negotiator will also support the team in managing client relationships and achieving targets across our KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Estate Agents responsibilities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Property Management
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Knowledge of the local property market is a plus
• Relevant certifications or experience in real estate or property management preferred
