Are you a personable and open-minded individual with an interest in property? Our client is looking for a motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator, who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will be based in a remarkable office environment, as part of a focused yet friendly team. You should be positive and enthusiastic, with a proven successful track record and the ability to perform well under pressure. A full UK driving licence and a car is required.

About the client

With over 18 years’ experience between the owners, they believe that selling, buying, letting, or renting property shouldn't be a chore. Hours

Monday to Friday 8:45 am – 6 pm, Saturday 9 am – 5 pm (day off in lieu during the week)

About the role

1. Qualifying potential tenants
2. Registering applicants
3. Identifying tenants' needs and matching them to suitable properties
4. Delivering the highest level of customer service to Landlords and Tenants
5. Booking and attending viewings
6. Negotiating terms with Landlords
7. Managing and updating applicants on all properties
8. Negotiating offers between Landlords and Tenants
9. Achieving all daily and weekly targets
10. Attending listing appointments and helping win business

Our clients are looking to pay this Senior Sales Negotiator a basic salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, with an OTE circa £55,000 to £60,000 per annum.
