As a leading independent Estate Agency, we are currently looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Lettings Team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm within a great team. The role requires an individual who is efficient, able to work to tight deadlines, and with an excellent eye for detail.

- £22,000 to £26,000 basic salary, dependent on experience

Responsibilities of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Adam Hayes Estate Agents
- Handling all calls and email enquiries
- Managing diary and time effectively
- Dealing with customer enquiries per service charter
- Registering and qualifying buyers effectively
- Arranging and accompanying viewings to company standards
- Following up viewings, gathering feedback, and negotiating price reductions where possible
- Qualifying offers in detail and negotiating the best price for the landlord
- Handling and scheduling market appraisals
- Prospecting and canvassing to generate valuations and build vendor database
- Responding to all internal and external communications
- Closing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking targets are met
- Focusing on personal development and progression
- Recording personal performance and preparing figures for monthly reviews
- Escalating queries outside of own authority
- Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal processes
- Performing any other duties as requested by management
