Job summary

The Acorn Group is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator in Lewisham to drive lettings performance, secure new instructions, and manage landlord and tenant relationships. You will mentor junior team members and help ensure high service levels across the department.

Role includes valuing properties, handling viewings, negotiating tenancies, and giving expert guidance on rental values and regulatory requirements. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required.

Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Lewisham

Brand: Acorn

Salary: up to £45,000 OTE per annum

Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for driving lettings performance, securing new business, and managing client relationships. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the lettings department, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring landlords and tenants receive a high level of service.

Duties Will Include

• Conduct valuations and market appraisals to win new instructions
• Generate and attend property viewings
• Negotiate tenancies between landlords and tenants
• Provide expert advice to landlords on rental values, legislation, and market trends
• Ensure all properties are compliant and marketed effectively
• Work to and exceed personal and office targets
• Assist in training and supporting junior negotiators
• Maintain accurate records and use CRM systems efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legislation
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning business
• ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
