Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Wapping invites applications for a Trainee Lettings Agent. You will market properties to potential tenants, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and help landlords and tenants secure suitable tenancies in London’s thriving property market.

Two weeks of training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, uncapped commission and a £30,000 OTE start you on a clear career path.

As a Trainee Lettings Agent at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Wapping, you will receive:

• £30000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Elite bonus scheme
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Agent will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
• Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Agent at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Wapping:

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
