Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lettings Negotiator based in Camden Town. The Senior Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for:

• Managing landlord and tenant matters
• Drive growth by identifying and securing lettings instructions from landlords
• Expand Huddletons serviced apartment operation by sourcing new properties
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating tenancy agreements
• Providing exceptional customer service to our close and long standing Landlords
• Maintain updated property listings via our CRM system
• Work to achieve monthly company targets

Qualifications

• Expertise in Landlord/Tenant Matters
• Up to date knowledge of legislation governing the Lettings process in the UK
• Experience working working in residential lettings
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the London property market
• £28,000 to £30,000 basic salary based on experience
• Generous commission structure
• Monthly travel allowance
• Generous commission structure with scope to advance to £60,000+ OTE within 6 months
