Job summary

Property Personnel Ltd in Fitzrovia is seeking a driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a fast-paced, rewarding environment and progress toward management in the near future.

The role focuses on the top end of the market; basic salary up to £30,000 with on-target earnings of £65,000–£75,000. Hours: Mon-Thu 9.30–5.30, Fri 9.30–4.30; no weekends. Driving licence not required; central London experience preferred.

Personal specification:

• Experience within a senior residential lettings negotiator role

• Prime central London experience would be preferred.

The company is offering a basic salary of up to £30,000, plus on target earnings of an attractive £65,000 to £75,000! A driving licence is not required for this position.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 5.30pm and Friday from 9.30am to 4.30pm. NO WEEKENDS!
