Our client, an award-winning and leading sales and lettings agency, is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join their talented team. They currently have a vacancy for a Lettings Negotiator at their Cheltenham branch on a full-time basis.

With a focus on customer satisfaction, they are looking for a driven and dedicated individual capable of building and maintaining strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords.

Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire and retain your own clients and applicants
  2. Maintain all records on the internal database
  3. Handle enquiries from internet, marketing, telephone, and walk-ins
  4. Conduct viewings with prospective clients and follow up on feedback
  5. Identify business opportunities to increase income, expand market share, and cross-sell with other departments
  6. Execute business generation activities to ensure a sufficient pipeline to meet targets
  7. Maximise branch profitability by working closely with the team
  8. Support the Line Manager in providing and updating statistics for weekly meetings
  9. Assist with compliance checks, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company processes

Candidate Attributes:

  1. Previous experience in the property or lettings industry
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  3. Ability to generate and maintain new business opportunities
  4. Outstanding customer service skills at all levels
  5. Resilient and positive attitude
  6. IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary: Highly competitive and negotiable, depending on experience.
