Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct accurate market appraisals leading to instructed properties, conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximize branch income and profitability.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in estate agency, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent seeking progression
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and customer service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driving license
