At Sharman Quinney, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join as a Lister and list properties for our fantastic residential sales team in our branch in Cambridge.

A quick look at the role

In this role, you will be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will build rapport with new and existing clients' customers face-to-face or over the phone.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Branch Lister

• Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or an Senior Estate Agent/ Sales Negotiator seeking career progression
• Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence
