You’ll progress sales, negotiate offers, and maintain high communication with buyers and sellers, helping the branch meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister or Valuer, looking to accelerate your career
• Demonstrable track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Talent for spotting and creating opportunities to expand the business
• Ability to build and manage a pipeline sufficient to meet regular targets
• Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A commitment to high professional standards and exceeding customer expectations
