Clio is seeking a seasoned Solutions professional to join its Op­erate team. You will translate client requirements into ShareDo configurations, drive end‑to‑end delivery, and shape enterprise architecture to support scalable legal‑tech solutions in a hybrid work model.

Ideal candidates bring deep domain expertise in commercial/legal processes, hands‑on delivery experience, and strong consultative skills to engage senior stakeholders and lead workshops.

Qualifications

• Deep subject matter expertise in a commercial domain with best-practices vision.
• Experience in Legal Financial software (e.g., Aderant, 3E, Bill Blast).
• Hands‑on, delivery‑focused mindset and ownership of end‑to‑end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and map client requirements to the ShareDo platform.
• Configure workflows, forms and templates in a low-code environment; coach clients.
• Lead delivery across the implementation lifecycle; manage timelines and estimates.
• Own and evolve a solution area; drive best practices and innovation.
• Enhance accelerators based on feedback and insights from implementations.
• Advise on enterprise architecture, integrations, and data models for scalable solutions.
• Influence product direction with client insights for roadmap.
• Support adoption via mentoring, training and proactive engagement.
• Contribute to pre-sales through demos and prototypes.
