Job summary

Luminance, a leader in Contract Intelligence, seeks a Senior Legal Implementation Specialist to guide our most complex customers to confident, independent use of the Luminance platform. You will own high-value accounts, set delivery patterns, coach colleagues, and influence product direction.

This customer-facing role sits within our global Delivery Team and may require travel to client sites. It is a permanent, full-time position focused on delivering scalable, high-impact implementations

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of client-facing experience in legal tech or B2B SaaS implementations
• Proven track record of end-to-end complex/high-value implementations
• Experience with contracts, negotiations, and business workflows
• Ability to manage executive stakeholders and senior leadership
• Experience mentoring others and setting delivery standards
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and driving decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for high-value customers across jurisdictions
• Own discovery and translate objectives into a deliverable plan
• Design scalable configurations and trade-offs with clear rationale
• Manage multiple implementations against timelines and milestones
• Escalate delivery risks with actionable recommendations
• Conduct difficult conversations to reset expectations and reframe requests
• Coach teammates and ensure adherence to implementation standards
• Contribute to playbooks, standards and training assets
• Provide structured insights to Product improving recurring needs
