Hi there, this is Mila Read from Found Legal, specialising in in-house technology lawyer recruitment.

My client is a global software company seeking a Senior Commercial Technology lawyer with 8+ PQE.

Location / Remote

The company's offices are just outside West London (30-40 min from Waterloo).

The team meets once every 1-2 weeks in the office.

The office is located in a pleasant area by the river, with amenities like a garden and outdoor lunch area.

The role offers hybrid or remote work options for the right candidate (based in the UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium, where the company also has offices).

A B-to-B software company serving other tech firms, with approximately 2,500 employees globally.

Headquartered in Europe, with no US late-night calls.

The legal team comprises about 10-12 lawyers.

About you

Seeking an experienced commercial technology lawyer with 8+ years of experience.

In-house experience or client secondments supporting Tech/Software vendors or IT services companies is preferred.

A strong technical lawyer, skilled in drafting and negotiations, particularly with bespoke contracts.
