• Qualified Teacher Status and extensive experience in teaching and leading or developing science.
• Experience of module leadership and coordination of teaching teams.
• Strong understanding of current ITE requirements and inspection context.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated modules and contribute to programme leadership in the School of Education and Childhood.
• Develop and secure a coherent, inclusive primary science curriculum for both undergraduate and postgraduate routes to QTS.
• Mentor, coach and develop colleagues and education professionals across partner settings.
• Maintain an active profile in research, scholarship or professional practice.
