The Role:

• Execute the leasing strategy on a number of Central London office developments and forthcoming vacancies within the portfolio.
• Landsec has commenced work on an exciting new pipeline of over 2m sq ft, including a 280,000 sq ft tower refurbishment in the West End. We are looking for an exceptional leasing professional to join the team on a fixed term contract from January 2025 to help lead on leasing and customer insight across a number of our new developments and current portfolio.
• Salary: Competitive.

The Team:

• The successful candidate will report to the Workplace Leasing Director for London, and sits within Landsec’s Workplace business unit.

What you will be responsible for:

• Applying market and customer insight to execute dynamic leasing strategies.
• Working as a key part of the design team to enhance our Workspace product.
• Providing detailed market intelligence and analysis to inform decisions including leasing deals, developments and acquisitions.
• Manage external office disposal and marketing agency teams to deliver innovative campaigns.
• Negotiate strong and creative commercial deals which enhance the performance of the asset and wider business.
• Take responsibility for the full transaction life cycle including negotiation, approval, due diligence and legals.
• Establishing and managing superb customer relationships from initial presentation through to occupation.

Your skills, experience and qualifications:

Essential criteria

• Expert in the Central London office leasing market with detailed understanding of market dynamics together with the broader industry and economic context.
• Extensive experience of being involved in major transactions (including pre-lets).
• A wide-ranging network and profile across the industry.
• Proven ability to build and manage effective relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels, including senior executives.
