Salesforce Development Lead | Fixed Term Contract | 12 months | Remote | Vlocity / SFI

I'm seeking an experienced Salesforce Professional for a 12-month FTC with potential extension. The ideal candidate will be a Vlocity / Salesforce Industries expert with prior experience as a Salesforce Development Lead.

You will join a dynamic Salesforce Transformation project, playing a key role in its success.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Managing the development of Energy & Utilities Cloud, including Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, Omni scripts, Data Raptors, Integration procedures, and third-party integrations.
• Overseeing Salesforce application implementation, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.
• Reviewing team code for quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
• Monitoring platform performance and optimizing where necessary.
• Maintaining documentation and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Leading troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues and supporting the team to resolve them promptly.

Applicants should have a strong background in Vlocity and SFI, with demonstrated leadership in previous roles.

The salary is around £80k, negotiable.
