Zusammenfassung

The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for our Doncaster School. You will support pupils with Special Educational Needs, delivering lessons one-to-one or in small groups under teachers’ guidance.

Based at our new Doncaster site, you will contribute to inclusive education, safeguarding, and the development of personalised learning plans to help pupils progress across a range from 7 to 18 years old.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting young people with special educational needs (essential).
• Proven track record in an education setting (essential).
• Ability to plan, evaluate and monitor learning and progress.
• Strong safeguarding and inclusion commitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to differentiate learning to promote attainment.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to educational and social development of each pupil.
• Form effective relationships with pupils, families and external agencies.
• Plan and prepare lessons with teachers and adjust plans as needed.
• Develop resources aligned to lesson plans and student needs.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor progress.
• Uphold outstanding professional practice.
