Job Title: Learning Support Coordinator (Full Time / Permanent)

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dedicated individual to lead a team of Learning Support Assistants and support students in reaching their full potential. The role involves liaising with the Curriculum team, parents, and carers to provide up-to-date, accurate information about student support, including chairing EHCP reviews.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working across all curriculum levels within a diverse, fast-paced environment, while managing a team of support assistants.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good standard of education or extensive relevant experience
  • Experience supporting students with specific additional needs such as sensory impairments, dyslexia, Autism, or Asperger’s Syndrome in an educational or similar setting
  • Proficient ICT skills (Office suite)
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies
