St Elizabeth's Centre is seeking a Senior Learning Practitioner to join the 16-25 provision. You will deliver learning activities, support planning and assessment, and help learners gain independence and confidence in a collaborative multidisciplinary setting.
The role is term-time only (39 weeks) with a pro rata salary of £24,202 per annum. Working hours align with school terms, offering a balanced schedule and development opportunities.

Working closely with Teachers and a multidisciplinary team, you will take responsibility for delivering agreed learning activities and support learners to achieve their individual goals. A Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification (or equivalent) and additional training such as Makaton would be advantageous.
