Education Impact Academy Trust in North Birmingham is seeking a highly motivated Senior Learning Mentor to join the Pastoral Team. You will lead targeted programmes to improve attendance, achievement and engagement, and deliver effective interventions for individuals and groups.
The role requires excellent communication, resilience and emotional intelligence, with a commitment to inclusion and working with families and external agencies to support young people.
