Job Title: Senior Learning Management Systems Administrator
Department: Learning Solutions
Location: Bristol office with Hybrid working
Pay Scale: £33,000k to £37,500k per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) 7.5 hours per day.

Job summary
As a key member of the Learning Solutions department, the Senior LMS Administrator is responsible for the advanced technical support, implementation, and optimisation of the Workforce Development Trust’s digital learning platforms and offerings. This includes acting as the technical lead for learning systems, supporting platform enhancements, and managing complex client implementations and migration projects.
The post holder will supervise the LMS Administrator, act as an escalation point for the support team, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure the successful delivery of eLearning solutions.

This role has direct impact on Service Quality & Client Satisfaction which has a direct and lasting impact on how clients perceive and experience the organisation's digital learning offerings. The Digital learning offerings ultimately improve healthcare compliance, which in turn enhances patient safety a direct contribution to the organisation’s core mission.
Key business skills necessary for the role?
It is a varied and exciting role, the role has the need for technical consultancy with strong data literacy skills. And the role requires stakeholder and project management skills to deliver the offerings.
What does the daily work look like?
No two days are the same, but most follow a dynamic mix of technical hands-on work, cross-team collaboration with sales and product development, and of course client interaction. The role follows a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office work. Time in the office is often spent with the friendly team for workshops, planning sessions, or onboarding support, while home days allow for focused technical work.
