Job summary

WSP in the UK is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement and continuously improve learning and talent solutions across the UK, Ireland and Africa. You will lead digital learning design, curate content and drive impactful programs with autonomy within the L&D team.

Reporting to the Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders, translate strategy into practical delivery plans, ensure compliance learning,

Qualifications

• Experience designing, curating, facilitating and evaluating learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of digital learning, learner experience and modern learning approaches.
• Experience supporting compliance or mandatory learning programmes.
• Experience using LMS and digital learning platforms to curate, deploy, manage and evaluate learning solutions.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and project coordination skills.
• Adobe Premier Pro experience with tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate or equivalent authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate and deliver engaging learning solutions across digital, virtual, face-to-face and blended formats.
• Create learning pathways and development journeys aligned to business priorities.
• Adapt global learning content for local relevance and application.
• Facilitate learning interventions and development programmes.
• Promote self-directed learning and drive adoption of digital resources.
• Coordinate rollout of regional and global learning programmes and ensure effective implementation.
• Monitor compliance learning deployment and report on progress and risks.
