South Thames Colleges Group supports students to achieve learning goals and qualifications, enhancing progression opportunities and life skills. The role involves planning and delivering teaching sessions, and providing learning and assessment for learners with learning disabilities and complex needs.

We seek candidates with recent experience with 16–25-year-olds with diverse needs, flexibility to adapt to curriculum changes, and strong communication and computer literacy.

Formación

• Recent experience of working with students aged 16-25 with varying needs.
• Ability to work flexibly to changing curriculum needs and individual students.
• Communicates effectively at all levels and has high computer literacy.
• Experience in a specialist school or college is advantageous.
• Experience sourcing work experience placements for young people with additional needs.

Responsabilidades

• Support students to achieve learning goals and qualifications.
• Assist planning and delivery of teaching sessions and learning/assessment for learners with disabilities/complex needs.
• Contribute to progression opportunities and life skills development.
• Source work experience placements for young people with additional needs.
