As a Senior Learning and Development Manager, you will hold a critical role providing strategic leadership to enhance and mature the learning offerings, building the regulatory and technical capabilities required at HSE during a significant transition period.
This role is within the HSE’s Human Resources Division (HRD) and is part of the wider HRD Organisational Development Team. You will implement corporate organisational development (OD) and learning and development (L&D) strategies aligned with HSE’s People Strategy.
You will provide strategic direction to an established learning team, lead the end-to-end delivery of the Learning & Development plan, and ensure that deliverables meet the needs of learners and the organization, managing a complex training delivery plan.
You will innovate to create a high-quality, dynamic L&D offer that supports the regulatory and technical development needs of HSE Divisions, with a primary focus on the Building Safety Division.
Leading a team of learning and regulatory specialists, you will work collaboratively, with energy and pace, to develop and lead initiatives that align with the strategic goals and ambitions of the organization.
