The Senior Learning and Development Manager will play a crucial role in providing strategic leadership to enhance and develop the learning offerings, focusing on building the regulatory and technical capabilities of HSE during a significant transition period.
This position is part of the HSE’s Human Resources Division (HRD) and the wider HRD Organisational Development Team. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will implement corporate organisational development (OD) and learning and development (L&D) strategies aligned with HSE’s People Strategy.
You will oversee a learning team and manage the delivery of the Learning & Development plan, ensuring it meets organizational needs and manages complex training schedules.
You will innovate to create a high-quality, engaging L&D program that supports the regulatory and technical development of HSE Divisions, with a primary focus on the Building Safety Division.
Leading a team of learning and regulatory specialists, you will ensure the provision aligns with the strategic goals and ambitions of HSE, working collaboratively with energy and pace.
