As Director of Learning, you will lead the strategic development of a curriculum area, oversee staff performance, and ensure outstanding teaching and learning. Your responsibilities include curriculum design, line management of TLR holders, data-informed planning, and collaborating with SLT to foster high expectations and educational excellence. You will also contribute to whole-school development, intervention planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualified and experienced Geography Teacher
The ideal candidate will have leadership or management experience within a department, with a proven record of improving student outcomes. You should be an excellent classroom practitioner, skilled in coaching colleagues, and confident in curriculum leadership, assessment, and school-wide planning.
