As a Senior Learning and Development Manager, you will hold a critical role providing strategic leadership to enhance and mature the learning offerings, building the regulatory and technical capabilities required in HSE during a significant transition period.
This role is within the HSE’s Human Resources Division (HRD) and is part of the wider HRD Organisational Development Team. You will take direction from the Head of Organisational Development and will implement corporate organisational development (OD) and learning and development (L&D) strategies aligned with HSE’s People Strategy.
You will provide strategic direction to an established learning team and lead the end-to-end delivery of the Learning & Development plan, ensuring the deliverables meet organizational needs, managing a complex training delivery plan.
You will innovate to build a high-quality, creative L&D offer supporting the regulatory and technical development needs of HSE, with a primary focus on the Building Safety Division.
Leading a team of learning and regulatory specialists, you will work collaboratively, with energy and pace, developing and leading initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the organization.
